What are the qualifications to live there?
Income must be 3.5 times the amount of rent, credit and criminal background checks are completed, and rental verification is completed by former landlord.
Are bills included?
No, each resident pays for their own electric usage and for water/sewer/trash
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, however that is built into your monthly charges for building liability insurance only. Personal property coverage not included but recommended.
